Onebridge is hiring a Technical Business Analyst in the Indianapolis, IN area. This is a full-time salaried role for an individual to work on our team in Indianapolis.
Business Analyst | Overview:
In this role you will be responsible for documentation of success / exit criteria. You will be collaborating with engineering teams and contributing to the development of engineering processes. You will be expected to create test cases that map to every requirement to build the ATI's systems. In addition to creating test cases, you will developing requirement traceability matrixes from scope to testing.
Business Analyst | Day-to-Day:
Leads the effort, working with the business and Project Manager, to define and document high-level requirements, detailing requirements, scheduling requirements gathering sessions, facilitating End User Testing, creating test scripts and scenarios, status reports, and tracking defects.
Leads or conducts solution assessment and validation to ensure that functional and technical specifications meet the identified business needs within the organization.
Reviews test plans and testing methodology to mitigate risks and participates in testing the solution to ensure the solution meets functional and non-functional requirements within the organization.
Conducts problem analysis as needed. Escalates complex issues for additional analysis and resolution as appropriate. Acts as a point of escalation for moderate to difficult problems.
Develops positive relationships with both the business and other functions involved in downstream technical processes.
Business Analyst | Desired Skills and Experience:
College diploma or university degree in the field of business administration or information systems.
Five or more years of Business Analysis work experience.
Proven experience with business and technical requirements analysis, elicitation, modeling, verification, and methodology development.
Demonstrated project management skills and project management software skills, including planning, organizing, and managing resources.
Proficiency using MS Office including Visio, MS Project, and SharePoint.
