We are now hiring a full-time salaried Senior Data Architect to join our team at our corporate HQs in Indianapolis, IN.
Senior Data Architect | About You
As the Senior Data Architect, you will be responsible for architecting, designing, and overseeing the implementation of end-to-end data-driven solutions. Must be highly analytical and have the proven ability to develop and reverse complex engineering solutions. Critical thinking and advanced problem-solving skills are core behaviors among the team. Strong team and project lead experience will be valuable for this role.
Senior Data Architect | Day-to-Day
Assessing current and future states to provide a road map for data solutions.
Designs, develops, and tests databases, data warehouses, data lakes, queries and views, reports, and dashboards.
Take ownership of technical solutions from a design and architecture perspective for projects in the presales phase as well as ongoing projects.
Documents new and existing models, solutions, and implementation.
Build modern approaches to automating data pipelines.
Senior Data Architect | Skills & Experience
Experience with architecting designs and solutions, including the migration planning of existing data and systems.
Expert-level SQL skills including Stored Procedures and Performance Tuning.
Able to quickly visualize data and create dashboards using other tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Alteryx are preferred.
Solid understanding of ETL strategies and design, (staging environments, data transformation, change data capture, slowly changing dimensions, etc.), with an eye toward delivering functional and valuable solutions in a timely manner.
Deeply understands bi-directional MDM.
