We are seeking a Full-Time Sales Executive - Data & Analytics to join our team at our growing corporate HQs in Indianapolis, IN as our next Employee-Owner. This is a Hybrid role, with remote flexibility, but some desired collaboration onsite.

Sales Executive - Data & Analytics | About You

As a Sales Executive - Data & Analytics, you are responsible for developing and expanding an assigned account target list and/or territory focused by industry vertical, selling across all service lines, including Data Services, Application Development, and Technical Talent Placement. You will report directly to the Senior Director of Sales. You will play a critical role in advancing the revenue objectives of the organization. You naturally excel in customer account strategy, detailed planning, and follow-through. You are a highly motivated leader who thrives in a competitive environment and looks for ways to challenge traditions with new ways of thinking and connecting with clients.

Sales Executive - Data & Analytics | Day-to-Day

  • Serve as a primary point of contact and conduit for new business and actively build relationships and establish trust across all levels of buyers.
  • Identify, qualify, and develop cross-selling opportunities with limited support.
  • Coordinate with service line leaders during the sales process to cultivate appropriate solutions required to meet customers' business goals.
  • Proactively communicate decisions, priorities, and relevant project information to the appropriate people regarding the perceived risks, consulting solutions requests, projects, and strategic initiatives to improve efficiency and effectiveness, enhancing client success.
  • Partner with Solutions Delivery and Client Services Managers to design and develop strategic and tactical plans to generate revenue.
  • Complete full lifecycle sales activities, prioritize a customer-centric vision and exude collaboration and engagement of all available assets and resources.

Sales Executive - Data & Analytics | Skills & Experience

  • 7+ years of experience as a named account relationship and/or business development manager.
  • Professional services sales experience with a successful track record of selling application development or data management solutions or managed services.
  • Skilled in building estimates, pricing models, forecasts, solution roadmaps, and customer SOWs.
  • Experience identifying, qualifying, and developing cross-selling opportunities.
  • Background in utilizing proven sales methodology.
  • Strong intellectual curiosity for understanding evolving business issues and industry trends.
