Business Architect | Day-to-Day
Collaborate with leadership and key stakeholders to define business goals, strategies, and implementation roadmaps.
Design and document end-to-end business processes, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and enhancing operational efficiency.
Develop and recommend innovative solutions to optimize business operations, improve customer experiences, and support scalable growth.
Work closely with business units, IT, and data teams to ensure that business needs are met with the appropriate technical capabilities, particularly in cloud-based environments like Snowflake.
Analyze business performance data and market trends to propose recommendations, drive continuous improvement, and help achieve strategic business goals.
Business Architect | Skills & Experience
7+ years of experience in business architecture, business analysis, or enterprise transformation, ideally within healthcare or regulated industries.
Strong understanding of business architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman) and the ability to align business and technology strategies effectively across the organization.
Proven experience in process design and optimization, utilizing methodologies like Lean, Six Sigma, or BPMN to drive significant operational improvements.
Demonstrated ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels, from C-level executives to operational teams, ensuring effective collaboration and alignment of business goals and technical solutions.
Experience with Snowflake or other cloud-based data platforms, utilizing data for business intelligence, analytics, and informed decision-making to optimize performance.
