We are seeking a Full-Time Client Success Leader to join our team at our growing corporate HQs in Indianapolis, IN as our next Employee-Owner. This is a Hybrid role, with remote flexibility, but some desired collaboration onsite.

Client Success Leader | About You

As a Client Success Leader, you are responsible for working closely with clients to understand their strategies, objectives, environment, and industry to ensure their success and grow our offerings. You have a strong passion for and interest in your client's business and industry. You will lead meetings to identify new goals, assist in hiring qualified customer service personnel, and communicate with customers through a variety of forms of communication. You will collaborate with Senior Leadership to ensure their strategic vision and day-to-day development of the program are achieved.

Client Success Leader | Day-to-Day

  • Organize, plan, and manage resources required to complete a complex project/client engagement within scope, quality, time, and cost parameters.
  • Manage multiple, ongoing, interrelated projects to achieve a specific set of client business goals.
  • Coordinate Service Level Agreements (SLA's) and prioritize resources and deliverables to achieve delivery success.
  • Leverage client-delivery positioning to expand opportunities and cross-sell offerings utilizing insight, innovation, and subject matter expertise.
  • Build and grow a deep understanding of industry best practices and innovative solution concepts for a defined client or industry list.

Client Success Leader | Skills & Experience

  • 10+ years of progressive professional services experience including account management and project delivery experience.
  • Proven technical expertise in delivering Data Analytics & Application Integration.
  • Experience working with multiple consulting solutions and delivery models, maintaining project status reports, and delivering C-suite updates and proposals.
  • Dynamic leadership, people development, and interpersonal skills.
  • Impeccable negotiation, conflict management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
